This Access97 application allows you to set up projects and log time and expenses on various phases. The data can be previewed in reports and queries or can be exported to an Excel 8.0 spreadsheet.
The time spent on projects by employees is reported between what is selected as beginning date and ending date. If no date is selected, the time will be automatically calculated based on the current week. For the same date, you can log the time for different projects up to a total of 24 hours for each employee. The number of employees is unlimited and based on their billing rates you will be able to estimate the cost of a certain project.

Position the cursor on the desired field or button and press F1. This will open the corresponding help section. Each main form has a help box [?]. Click on the yellow question mark if you want to check the help related to that form. The name of the help file is PJNote.hlp and it should be located in the same folder with the projectV2.mde file.
Each form has a Close [X] button that will close the current form and open the Main Menu.
Project_Note menu bar will be automatically restored in case you delete this option from the customize menu. This feature helps to open forms in parallel with those you opened using command buttons.
